What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Can I pay by invoice?

At this time, we only accept credit cards.

Can I have multiple sites on my account?

Yes, subject to the limits of your plan.

What is the refund policy?

Unintended Renewals

If your plan renews automatically, and you didn't intend it to, you may request a cancellation of a subscription and a refund of the last charge. You must request this within 5 days of the charge.

Unused Monthly Plans

A full refund of up to 3 most recent charges if there was no usage during those months. You must contact support within 3 months of your last charge.

This does not apply in cases of card disputes or fraud, in which case the rules of the payment processors apply.

Annual Plans

If you are cancelling a plan, we will refund an annual plan for any reason, if the request is received within 30 days of the charge. It is not possible to request a refund on an annual plan after this point.

Account Downgrades

Downgrades are processed at the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer refunds or credits for account downgrades.

Refunds of VAT

We do not charge VAT where a valid VAT number was provided at the time of purchase.

We cannot retrospectively adjust or refund transactions to remove VAT after they have been issued.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. We prorate upgrades and downgrades based on your remaining subscription time. Any remaining balance is applied as a credit toward future payments. We do not offer refunds for unused time on a yearly plan.

Do you offer any discounts?

The only discount we offer is two months free when you switch to an annual plan. We do not provide additional discounts at this time.

What happens if I cancel my account?

You won’t be charged again. Once your account is closed, all site data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

What happens if you cannot charge my card?

We will send reminders and attempt to charge your card three more times over a two-week period. If payment is not received, your subscription will be cancelled, and your site data will be permanently deleted. To avoid service interruptions, ensure your payment details are up to date.
