Installation with Standard HTML

Userbird can be installed directly into your website's HTML code.

Userbird runs alongside other analytics platforms and will not interfere.

How to Install Userbird with Standard HTML

  1. Select 'Tracking Code' and then select 'Standard HTML'

    Make sure you select Standard HTML as the platform.

  2. Copy the tracking script from Userbird

    Make sure you select Standard HTML as the platform.

  3. Paste the script into your website's HTML

    Add the tracking script to your website's HTML code, preferably in the <head> section or just before the closing </body> tag.

    The script should be included on every page where you want to track user behavior.

  4. Verify your script on Userbird

    Save and publish your website changes.

    Visit a page on your website to generate some traffic data.

    Return to Userbird and verify that traffic data is flowing in.
